NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF MEMBERS
TAKE NOTICE that a Special Meeting of Members of GUELPH SOCCER CLUB INCORPORATED (the “Corporation”) will be held at 7:00 in the evening on Wednesday, September 11, 2024. The meeting will be held virtually; attendance instructions will be provided to Voting Members who wish to attend at least one week prior to the meeting.
The business of the meeting will be as follows:
TO APPROVE amendments to the Corporation’s By-Laws as required by the provisions of the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA), 2010, S.O. 2010, C.15
NOTE: In order to be voted at the Meeting, a Proxy must be received by the Corporation no later than two (2) business days in advance of the meeting.
