Position Title: Marketing and Communication Specialist

Reports To: General Manager 

Compensation: $14.5/hour 

Hours of work: 17.5 hours per week/flexible day/evening 

Employment Dates: September – November

Guelph Soccer

Guelph Soccer is a community nonprofit soccer club in the City of Guelph. The Club has approximately 3,500 athletes annually. The Club's athletes are primarily youth. Guelph Soccer prides themselves on offering a place to play for everyone. 

Marketing and Communications
Guelph Soccer is seeking applicants interested in contributing to the Club’s development and execution of brand awareness, community involvement and club participation.

Responsibilities

·         Clear understanding of Ontario Soccer & Guelph Soccer’s vision and mission

·         Must have strong customer service skills and be comfortable working independently and in groups

·         General administration support to the Club’s social media

·         Assist with preparation and delivering marketing collateral

·         Assist with preparing Club communications

·         Assist with developing annual marketing plan

·         Other tasks upon request
