NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS
TAKE NOTICE that the Annual General Meeting of Members of GUELPH SOCCER INCORPORATED (the “Corporation”) will be held at 7:00 o’clock in the evening on Tuesday, January 26, 2021. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this meeting will be held virtually using Zoom meeting technology:
TO RECEIVE AND CONSIDER the Financial Statements of the Corporation for the year-ended August 31, 2020, together with the Auditor’s Report thereon;
TO APPOINT auditors for the 2021 Fiscal Year and to authorize the Directors of the Corporation to fix their remuneration;
TO APPROVE the minutes of the January 27, 2020 Annual General Meeting of Members;
TO ELECT Directors in accordance with the By-Laws of the Corporation;
TO TRANSACT such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
NOTE: In order to be voted at the Meeting, a Proxy must be received by the Corporation no later than two (2) business days in advance of the meeting.
