NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS
TAKE NOTICE that the Annual General Meeting of Members of GUELPH SOCCER INCORPORATED (the “Corporation”) will be held at 9:00 o’clock in the morning on Sunday, February 5, 2023. The meeting is to be held at the Italian Canadian Club, 135 Ferguson Street, Guelph, Ontario. The business of the meeting will be as follows:
TO RECEIVE AND CONSIDER the Financial Statements of the Corporation for the year-ended August 31, 2022, together with the Auditor’s Report thereon;
TO APPOINT auditors for the 2023 Fiscal Year and to authorize the Directors of the Corporation to fix their remuneration;
TO APPROVE the minutes of the January 25, 2022 Annual General Meeting of Members;
TO ELECT Directors in accordance with the By-Laws of the Corporation;
TO TRANSACT such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
NOTE: In order to be voted at the Meeting, a Proxy must be received by the Corporation no later than two (2) business days in advance of the meeting.
