League Overview
Still wanting to play once your youth career is over? Play in our 2024 She’s Got Game Women’s League!
The focus of this outdoor league is to provide women with a safe, controlled, and competitive environment to play in throughout the summer. It allows for opportunities to connect with like-minded females and further the women's game- we hope you can join us!
We understand that our mothers have different roles to play, however, being physically active should remain a priority during this phase of life! To facilitate this, we offer free child-care at all our games, for our moms in the league, because #MomsCanPlay, and we continue to strive to provide soccer for everyone, without barriers.
Overview:
League: Open to players 18+ (born 2005 or older)
8 teams, with a maximum of 12 players per roster
Duration: Weekly outdoor games from June 3rd - August 19th, 2024 (12 weeks including Playoffs)
Game times: Mondays at 6:30pm or 7:30pm
Format: 7v7 (including a goalkeeper)
Location: Castlebury
The league will also see our newly recruited female coaches-in-training from our She's Got Game- She Can Coach project participate as well. These coaches receive free certifications, merchandise, league participation, and childcare during games, as part of the project, which aims to increase the number of female role models in soccer. Please note: Games will run on holiday Mondays (July 1st and August 5th).
