First on the Turf (FOTT) - Festival and Tournament Team Registration Check In:
Friday Night Team Registration – A team official may register their team on the Friday of the tournament weekend between 4:00-7:30 pm.
Registration will take place on the Friday in the Ralph Farley Community Room at the Guelph Soccer Club House located at 375 College Avenue West. (look for the big white Dome) – Players are NOT required to attend team registration.
Saturday Team Registration – A team official may register their team on the Saturday of the tournament weekend at least 1- hour prior to their first game at the FOTT Tournament Headquarters located at the University of Guelph – Gryphon Soccer Complex (look for the Red Pavilion – see map attached) – Players are NOT required to attend team registration.
Headquarters will open on the Saturday at 7:00 am.
What you will need to bring with you to register your team:
1. Books/cards for Players and Team Officials validated for the 2018 Summer Outdoor Season (those with player cards must provide a copy of their 2018 district validated Ontario Soccer roster form)
2. A printed copy of your team’s FOTT Roster Form
3. Your Approved ATF (Permission to Travel) form from your district association for those outside the SWRSA district (teams can send a district approved copy electronically in advance of the tournament weekend)
The cost of participation for 2018 is:
U9&U10 - Festival Teams - $225 (Boys Saturday April 28 only and Girls Saturday May 5 only)
U11&U12 - Festival Teams - $275 (Boys Saturday April 28 only and Girls May 5 only)
BU13 - BU18 - $550 (Boys April 27 - 29 - Friday games if necessary)
GU13 - GU17 - $550 (Girls May 4 - 6 - Friday games if necessary)
